Gilmaro -Secret

 Gilmaro has always thought to pursue a music career. Born in Romania he started to sing from early age in school.He feels excellent when is on the stage performing and he likes to write songs. He played in various projects but he never had the chance to record a solo album. Last year in the summer after a concert in Men Lestman Square he approached Michael Vuscan a producer from Toronto starting to talk about the idea of releasing a solo career. After 6 months they started the songwriting for the album. It took 3 months to write and record 13 songs (Gilmaro’s lucky number). The result is a pop rock album “Madeness” with a lot of influences from Britt pop and electro music. Gilmar loves to sing and he thinks his destiny is to make people happy.He really thinks that you can’t hide and trick listeners for long time behind image-makers or alluring videos. A real artist evolves and improves. Stay tuned for the future release.

.jpg) In July 2008, Karina, an Argentinean singer, started her collaboration with Michael Vuscan, a Toronto based producer.
The album to be launched is provocative, meditative, reflecting the artist mature perception about the events in the last years of her life. At her 25 years, after launching her career, she decides to travel around the world to open new horizons end make new connections. In the first part of her trip she meets Michael Vuscan in Trinidad (Cuba), seeing him again two months later, in Toronto, Canada (home city for Michael). They started the work on her first album recording ten songs written by Michael on Karina’s lyrics.In August she shoots her first video with Decebal Dascau , film director from Toronto, in Karina’s favorite location in Toronto: Kensington Market.The release of the album is programmed in november 2008,the songs being now in mix and mastering phase in Toronto.

Gilmaro new release- "Christmas Songs".
|
 The release contains songs in Romanian and English, nine originals and three traditional. This is the second release of the artist in 6 months. The artist will promote this album in Toronto in January, being available in most Romanian, Polish and Hungarian stores. The flavor of eastern European sound is very pregnant in this production, the producer Michael Vuscan emphasizing the message and the specific arrangements used in traditional Transylvanian carols.
Saturday 13 December it will be the official release party of the album Christmas Songs.
The release party will take place at Balkan Lounge (1504 Danforth Ave.), 8 PM.
